NP Lawson was attentive listened carefully and asked probing questions. The interaction was much more thorough than any face to face interaction I have had regarding my ongoing health issues. There are some things that are appropriate to manage via telehealth. This works splendidly for me and NP Lawson is the perfect provider for this. Her skill set is exceptional.

I have been working with Evie Lawson, FNP-C, MSN, RN during the last year. I have been supported through a difficult journey, where many of the largest stressors in life were happening to me at the same time. Even though, at the time I was all over the place emotionally, not thinking clearly, rushing through everything to try to keep up, Evie helped me maneuver through the emotional maze and despair. Evie has a very no-nonsense approach, but I love that. I want someone who helps me get better with practical advice, and proper support that fits my situation. Evie has the ability to recognize when we need to try other methods or adapt to different situations. I am very appreciative of her ability to also ask me about things in my life that mean a lot to me, which is simple observations other people might not ask about, like how is your puppy doing? I miscalculated the timing of our meeting and was stuck in a very loud public setting for our appointment and also had issues with the volume of our meeting. Evie completely understood the situation and found accommodations so that we could still have a chat. Not many physicians are as considerate and 90% probably would have canceled the appointment.

My entire life I thought the hardships and challenges I experienced were normal and everyone felt the same way. Until 2022 when I first moved out on my own, I really started to struggle, and became less successful handling and working through my mental hardships, mainly just staying focused. After taking an extensive questionnaire, received my diagnosis, I felt nervous to move forward with this information about myself. I met with Evie and she was incredibly patient with me in explaining how things work, and different options I can pursue. Each time I meet with her, she gives me an opportunity to discuss how I’m feeling, how I feel about our plan, and if I want to continue, or change anything. Evie makes me feel more comfortable about talking and discussing these things. It has changed my outlook and overall how I perform throughout the day.

It's been just over a year since my first monthly session with Bri. Actually, it was my first counseling session ....ever.... so I had no idea what to expect. I instantly felt comfortable during the first. By the third, I felt I could completely open up and confide in her. Bri listened without interruption, displayed no judgement, and offered amazing suggestions that I still use and reflect on to get me through tough weeks and days. She even followed up with me on things I had spoken about during previous sessions I had nearly forgotten about! She's good people - professional, easy to speak with, has a helpful and sympathetic heart, and is one of those "wish more people were like you" kind of people. So glad our paths crossed!
